2. User Responsibility

All advertisements are created and managed exclusively by individual users. Each user is solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Xhenry assumes no responsibility for User Content.

3. No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Anti-Trafficking Commitment

Xhenry has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, exploitation, and any activity involving minors. We proactively cooperate with law enforcement and reporting agencies. If you suspect exploitation, please contact us immediately at legal@xhenry.in or report to local authorities.

5. Compliance with IT Act (India)

Xhenry operates in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. As an intermediary, we:

• Publish these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy prominently.
• Inform users that they must not host, publish, or share prohibited content.
• Remove or disable access to unlawful content within 36 hours of receiving a valid complaint.
• Preserve information as required under applicable law for investigation purposes.
• Appoint a Grievance Officer for user complaints.
